Construction on 2000 Ocean will not conclude until 2020, yet architect Andrea Steele, a partner at Taller de Enrique Norten (TEN) Arquitectos, can already predict what life will be like inside the contemporary, 38-story glass tower her group designed just north of Golden Beach: “Wake up to sunrise, be on a terrace with no boundaries, walk through your private unit never losing sight of the skyline beyond – it’s about living with a meaningful connection to the landscape.”
