KAR Properties LLC, a New York based development and investment firm, announced today that the exclusive sales and marketing for 2000 Ocean, the only new development project in Hallandale Beach, will be handled by Douglas Elliman Development Marketing. Sales for the Enrique Norten – TEN Arquitectos designed luxury condominium will officially launch next month for the 38-story glass tower with panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean, Intracoastal Waterway and surrounding beaches.
